At Cloud Pillow, we’re committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your pillow, we offer a comprehensive return and refund process. Please read the following details carefully:
1. Return Eligibility We want you to love your Cloud Pillow! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The pillow must be unused.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- It must be in perfect, sellable condition.
2. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the pillow.
- We will send you a return label and detailed instructions on how to send the pillow back to us.
- Please securely package the pillow in its original packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
3. Refunds or Exchanges Once we receive your returned pillow, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we confirm the return.
- If you would like an exchange, simply let us know when you initiate the return, and we will ship the replacement as soon as possible.
4. Damaged or Defective Products We take great care to ensure that our pillows are in excellent condition when shipped. However, if you receive a damaged or defective pillow, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately at cloudpillowtoday@gmail.com with the following:
- Photos of the damage or defect.
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue. We will either send a replacement pillow or issue a full refund, with no additional charges to you.
5. Non-Refundable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Opened or used pillows.
- Clearance or sale items, which are non-refundable.
- Items purchased outside of our 30-day return window.
6. Processing Time Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. This includes the time needed to inspect the returned item, process the return, and ensure the refund is issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
7. International Returns For customers outside of the United States, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the return is received. International returns may take longer to process.
